15 People were also bringing babies to Jesus to have him touch them. When the disciples saw this, they rebuked them. 16 But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” Luke 18:15-16 NIV

At Heartland we embrace and treasure each of God’s children!!

Sundays 10:30 AM service

Sunday mornings are filled with age-appropriate, safe and loving environments for all children 6 weeks-11 years old.

*6 weeks – 12 months: Babies are introduced to Jesus by song and lots of cuddling love! ~ Liz Monroe, Jill Harr & Danielle Walsh

*1 year – 3 years: Our toddlers are exposed to Christ through song, stories and small lessons with crafts. ~ Katrina O’Brien, Brent & Nicole Erskine

*4 years – 6 years: These children are learning the stories of the Bible through skits, stories, small groups, games and crafts. ~

*7 years – 8 years:Our school-agers are learning about Biblical truths and Christian concepts through hands on experiences, exciting attention catching story telling, crafts and games! ~ Art & Joanie Vogt

*9 years – 11 years: ”Tweens” are all about application, application, application!! They are learning Biblical stories, truths and concepts and then how to apply them out in the world. ~ KC Doell & Michele Tissot

Wednesdays 7 PM

Classes are available for every age on Wednesday nights at Heartland. Parents can feel safe going to their Bible study while their children are downstairs learning the Word of God too!

6 weeks – 12 months: The babies are shown the love of Christ with lots of cuddling!!! ~Tracie Ditchen
1 year – 3 years: Toddlers sing and read much loved Bible stories such as Jonah and the Whale & Joseph and the Coat of Many Colors!

Early school-age: Psalm 119:11 says, “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.” These children are applying God’s Word through verse memorization. They do this with exciting games and fun crafts and are awarded with prizes!! ~ Diane Cooper
Middle School – pre-teen: Our pre-teens are loving learning the Word through MyGrapple.com, a secure internet program provided by Group Publishing. This is a fun way reach our pre-teens where they are!
